Here at Portumna Vet Clinic we aim to provide a quality veterinary service to our community and the greater East Galway and North Tipperary areas.
With a team of four diligent veterinary surgeons and hard working office staff we strive to attend to all our clients veterinary needs. Our services include a wide range of large animal services, routine equine services, daily small animal clinics and weekly times for small animal surgeries.

I cannot thank Tory and Gioia and the team enough. We rushed in on a late Thursday evening with a little very sick and fitting puppy. Tory and Gioia dealt with the situation calmly, compassionately, intelligently. They were so diligent in their research constantly trying to diagnose and treat Arti! This is the best veterinary treatment and care I have ever seen and I really can't thank them enough! If you want your animal looked after I couldn't recommend anyone more highly! It is worth travelling far and wide for the vets and the care!

We've just got back to our boat 11.30pm after collecting our 11 mth old springer spaniel. She got a 3 pronged fishing lure stuck in her paw this afternoon. We called David in portumna clinic and he said to come in. He was absolutely brilliant with us (panicked people) and dog. He notified us straight away when he had managed to remove hooks and we were able to collect her a few hours later. A fabulous Vet and fantastic service. Would recommend anytime.
